Bootcamp Fitness classes are getting more and more popular and you can come to Dartford's original Bootcamp every Monday and Wednesday evening, and Saturday morning.
Perfect if you're looking to lose weight, tone up, increase your fitness levels, or just have a bit of fun in a different, more exciting atmosphere than your average gym class.
Don't be put off by the name - Bootcamp is great for everyone of any fitness level. So if you're not as fit as you used to be - Don't worry! - you can work at your own pace and just do what you can.

Classes take place outdoors whatever the weather, so gloves are advised in the colder weather, and be prepared to get a bit muddy when it's wet!
