As much as I'm sure everyone would love a Personal Trainer to help them get into shape, it is an expensive option.

However, it's also very expensive to pay a monthly membership to a gym that you never use or that just isn't working for you. After all, nothing's more expensive than paying for something that doesn't work!

So Group Training could be the best option for you.

By getting together with a group of friends/family/colleagues (whoever you want) you can share the cost of training between you.
