3 hours of kettlebells doesn't necessarily sound like the best way to spend an afternoon but, having completed one of Mark's classes, I would have to say that this is an absolute must for anyone who wants to get a better understanding of the equipment. Prior to the class, my skills were limited to basic swings and deadlifts; I'm not claiming to be an expert now but I do feel my technique has improved, I've gained new skills and am confident with a variety of exercises. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is relatively new to kettlebells or who wants to improve their technique. - Katrina L.
