You might have seen them on TV (like on The Biggest Loser) or on the now famous “300 workout” training videos.
This 3-hour workshop will introduce you to Russian Kettlebells and some of the basic exercises you can perform with this unique bit of kit. Perfect for strength, speed, fat loss and fitness.
Covering strength and cardio at the same time, this is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and burn fat like nothing else!
We’ll start with a thorough warm-up, you’ll then learn the techniques in small chunks, with time to practice and perfect them all, and then a 15-minute break to prepare for a challenging workout using everything you’ve just learnt.
