It’s fun, effective, and it’ll get you fit and strong quicker than any regular gym programme.
By using the large, full-body movements generally involved in kettlebell training, you’ll be working all of your muscles at the same time, making it a more efficient way to train, whilst promoting co-ordination and core stability.
This 3-hour workshop will teach you how to perform some of the basic kettlebell exercises, ensuring you are using correct technique and getting maximum effect every time you train.
