A Different Approach...
By working with Me you'll not only be taken through exercises specially selected for you, to suit your goals and needs, but you'll also learn what it is you need to be doing the rest of the time - when you have to go it alone.
This is where most people (and their Trainers) fall short, they do everything right during their session, but are then left to their own devices until the next session.
I'll ensure you know exactly what you need to do in the time between your Personal Training sessions; you will be set manageable and realistic exercise targets and guided through what you should and shouldn't be eating.
Your Training
Your training will take an holisitc approach, so the whole time you're working towards your agreed goals, you'll also be promoting flexibility, balance, posture and joint mobility.
By using large, full body movements in your training, rather than small, isolation type exercises, you will achieve greater functional ability as well as more balanced increases in strength.
This approach also ensures you are working your whole body as one, and not in sections (i.e. chest one day, back the next...), which means you'll be burning far more calories than in your average gym workout or spin class.
Your Commitment
If you'd like to work with Me to get the great results you deserve, you must be willing to do all of the following:
- Commit to at least 15 minutes of exercise every day
- Cut out ALL bad foods for 30 days
- Drink the agreed amount of water
- Stick to the programme 100%
- Show total commitment to do your best at all times
- Agree that this is a 'lifestyle change', and isn't something you do 'for a while'
