As part of your Personal Training programme, I will help you to make simple changes to your diet to compliment the exercise and help you to achieve your weight goals.
These tried and tested dietary principles hold true for everybody and you WON’T be:
• Starving yourself
• Cutting out Carbs
• Cutting out fat intake (except the “bad” fats)
• Counting calories
• Or worrying about green/red days or “points”
You will be asked to follow a strict diet for 30 days, cutting out ALL bad foods, caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods.
Those who follow this diet get far better and quicker results and gain the discipline needed to stick to a healthy diet in the future.
You may also wish to supplement your diet with extra vitamins and minerals, protein, omega-3's or other such nutritional products.
Although this isn't a requirement, I highly recommend this approach to ensure you are getting adequate amounts of much needed macro and micronutrients and to help strengthen your body systems.
